We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.
We offer one complimentary exchange per order for size or color adjustments. Our delivery partner will collect your original item and deliver your replacement in a single visit.

Refunds are only offered if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In these cases, blandwear will cover the return shipping.
